Author biography

Sarah Al-Bashtali counters today's meritocracy with a female spirituality-based approach to life. After studying Cultural Studies in Lüneburg and Religious Studies at the Humboldt University in Berlin, Sarah joined a leading international management consultancy for five years. In 2019, she travelled around the world and moved to Amsterdam in 2020, where she has been advising value-oriented start-ups in the field of business development ever since. Sarah is a trained yoga teacher and certified leader of women's circles and helps her clients to access their femininity and to integrate it into their everyday lives. In 2023 she published her first book "The art of receiving or: how to give up control and open yourself to life" with Malia Verlag in Germany.
